NOMINATION FORMS
Churchwarden candidate nomination forms for must be completed before the meeting and given to Colin Hunt (Secretary to the PCC, St Mary the Virgin, Silchester)
PCC Members, as well as Sidesmen/Sideswomen, can be nominated ‘from the floor’ during the meeting, but proper nomination forms for PCC Members can be found here. If used – and it would be a good idea to do this – please return the forms, duly completed, to the Secretary (Colin Hunt, at 8 Lordswood, Silchester) before the date of the meeting.
WAYS TO NOMINATE CHURCHARDENS AND/OR PCC ORDINARY MEMBERS
Please read the eligibility notes carefully, noting checks by the Disclosure and Barring Service, and also required Safeguarding Training as specified by Winchester Diocese.
You can access the application forms in either PDF or as source file to print and fill in.. Note you can also download and complete the form(s) and email email a scanned copy to secretary@silchesterchurch.co.uk.

Please print and return to Colin Hunt BEFORE the meeting. If you are unable to print, just ask for a hardcopy.

If you download and print the nomination forms as above, you can then scan the completed document in and email to Secretary@silchesterchurch.co.uk. Alternatively, you can can download a source version and open with your favourite word processing app and print or email the resulting document back. See below.
